The main selling point of SpinAUD is its bonuses. Right off the bat, new players who sign up receive A$30 no deposit. The welcome package is nothing to write home about. Your first three deposits of A$20+ get a match boost. 50%, 30%, and 20%, respectively. They advertise it as a 100% match bonus, which it isn’t.
Returning players get a 12% reload bonus on the first daily deposit and a 7% unlimited bonus after that. Depending on your weekly spending, you could bag up to A$5,000 in free bonuses. Lastly, referring friends to SpinAUD grants you a progressive commission on their spending.
I would have given them a 5/5 rating in the bonus department, though SpinAUD doesn’t provide any wagering requirement info. There is no mention of T&Cs either, and the language used on the site is highly misleading – i.e. ‘Earn passive income by referring your friends’.
SpinAUD User Experience – 2/5
I felt lost during my first visit to SpinAUD Online Casino. The game thumbnails are tiny, and moving banners are everywhere. The casino constantly displays bonuses, and all main departments are directly listed on the homepage. Certifications, banking, games, promotions, and info pages are instantly in your face at this casino.
The layout is better on mobile view, despite the lack of native apps. The only available menus take you to the homepage, betting history, live chat, and settings – the latter lets you change the language from Australian English to Chinese.
The site seems to be open to anyone who has an Aussie-registered mobile number. They do have a banner saying 18+ only, though KYC checks weren’t conducted at any stage of my SpinAUD review. The registration page requests your full name, mobile number, captcha text, and to verify your mobile number. Players can also register at SpinAUD through WhatsApp.
I rate SpinAUD a 2/5 due to the decent mobile interface. The desktop site is hard to navigate and looks straight out of the dot-com era.

I couldn’t find the full lineup of banking methods supported at SpinAUD anywhere on the site. The absence of a proper T&Cs or banking page didn’t help either.
After a deep dive into the platform, I found out that deposits and withdrawals are processed through cards, banks, or crypto. Their website states that their company’s bank account number changes frequently, so it’s best to check with them before submitting a bank transfer payment.
The minimum limit for deposits is set at A$20, and the same at A$50 for withdrawals. Maximum limits per transaction or fixed periods are not provided anywhere.
Needless to say, the lack of info and ever-changing bank account justifies our rating.

SpinAUD boasts a large gaming lobby powered by multiple vendors. Although many of the listed games are popular Pragmatic Play pokies like Gates of Olympus and Cleocatra, the actual featured studios are no-name companies. EV0888, JILI, VPower, etc. I’ve never heard of them before, nor are they licensed.

I was surprised when I saw SpinAUD advertising an official Google Play Store app on their website. I went ahead and searched for it on the virtual app store without much luck.
The casino falsely claims to provide native apps for iOS and Android users, though an APK is available. I wasn’t brave enough to install it on my phone, and I suggest you avoid it too. It is untested and could be infected with malware.
On the other hand, the SpinAUD mobile casino looks great. It instantly opened on my Safari browser and when I tested it on Chrome. The website layout is outstanding and the games load fast.
I decided to shave 2 points off their mobile casino rating due to the false advertisements of official casino apps.
Support Services – 2/5
Support is at hand 24/7 at SpinAUD. You can visit the live chat tab and instantly get in touch with an agent. The downside is that the agents are not professional and mainly urged me to deposit money at the casino instead of answering my queries. Their use of language and tone were alarming, too.
The SpinAUD live chat also provides links to their Telegram and WhatsApp channels. I haven’t joined yet, but I assume that they are utilizing these platforms to manage crypto payments and promote other associated platforms listed on their promo link.
